Fees and phases
Each project is split into phases with a fixed fee for each. We invoice 40% of a phase when it starts and 60% when you approve it. Work outside the agreed list is quoted separately before we start it.
Changes
Each design phase includes two rounds of changes. A further round is charged at the day rate in the proposal.
Ownership
You own the final designs and files once the last invoice is paid. We may show the work in our portfolio after launch, unless you ask us not to.
Third-party costs
Printing, fabrication, typeface licences and photography are paid by you directly, or passed on at cost with receipts.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for work done up to that date and own what has been paid for.
